SMOOTHIE RECIPE & HOMEMADE CARDS

 This past Friday was my lovely mother-in-law's birthday, and here is the card I made from the two of us.
 My favourite smoothie recipe! I have one of these to substitute a meal. You should definitely try it! It's amazing!!
In other news, running is getting a LOT easier now! I'm holding up the 3 minutes with no problem now. I've got a crazy weekend, so I don't think I'll be getting in any running on Friday. But I'll have days 3, 4 and 5 next week! I'm actually looking forward to it!

RECIPE: PEANUT BUTTER BREAKFAST PUDDING

Made this for breakfast this morning. It is DELICIOUS!!! I have fell in love with the blog Cocolate Covered Katie. At first I was really sceptical about her recipes (claiming all her deserts etc. are healthy), but once I dug in a little, I realized that it was true! And they all look delicious! This Peanut Butter Breakfast Pudding is the first recipe of hers that I've tried, and it is a huge success. I'm still eating it as I type! I highly recommend it!

Sometimes, starting over is the best way to get something done. My rug making efforts weren't exactly going where I had planned, so I decided to start all over last night. And I finished it! This time I actually used a super basic pattern... and it worked like a charm. And now you can make one too! Please let me know if you do!

GREEN ONIONS

I can't believe I forgot to post this earlier! I saw a post like this on Pinterest one day, and decided to give it a go. I was sceptical, but it worked like a charm! I'll never have to buy green onions again. Since then, I've been inspired to start a little indoor garden. I am learning as much as I can about doing it right, and I'm so excited to get one started. Here are some pics that are inspiring me:
